Stop by Saturday’s at 9am for a great workout!  They are free for anyone.  It’s a great way to experience a CrossFit workout if you haven’t tried it before.  We will start the class practicing lifts that may be difficult or need more work to improve upon, then we will incorporate those skills into a WOD.  Members are encouraged to come in a bring that friend who has been asking about CrossFit.
